NO UP FRONT FEES OR BONDS

Required two weeks in advance on admission and maintained this way throughout the stay. Payment options are available; choices include centrepay, direct debit, State Trustees or private administrator. If residents leave Kooralbyn Retirement Lodge during an accounting time a pro-rata refund will be made when the room is completely vacated. The same fees are charged to maintain resident bed during hospital stay. Laundry will be done whilst in local hospital if needed.
