Kooralbyn Retirement Lodge Supported Residential Service is a registered 14 bed facility, regulated by the Department of Health, providing 24 hour supervision and assistance for residents in private and shared room accommodation. Catering for both permanent and respite care, the facility presents as a home like environment, located in the Bairnsdale CBD with medical and ancillary services within walking distance.

To treat all persons as individuals with all care and/or services based on individual needs ie: social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and holistic. We endeavour to generate a homely atmosphere of emotional warmth, acceptance and freedom for residents.

MANAGEMENT
Helen Leslie is a Registered Nurse with many years’ experience working with aged and disadvantaged people. Helen brings a passion for helping the elderly and those with special needs. Originally from New Zealand, Helen moved to Australia approximately fifteen years ago. Helen had been nursing for many years prior to Kooralbyn Retirement Lodge.
